Timothy Gibb has founded over a dozen companies since 1990, built with nothing but imagination, creativity and his vision. Over the last 35 years, Tim gained a "prophetic" reputation within finance and economics. He anticipates pressure and climate changes, proposing counter measures with stunning accuracy. In 2018, he sold all Wisconsin entities and moved to Florida where he owns several businesses under Gibb Enterprise Logistics.
Tim has a very personal relationship with God by seeking the Holy Spirit for revelation of His Word. He tells of "A Presence" felt since he was 3 years old, but gave up on God; turning to drugs and alcohol. But on June 1st 1990, as his life was falling apart, he cried out to God for help; the last day he used drugs or alcohol and has been sober for over 33 years now. Tim has quite a testimony since that encounter as he bounced from church to church looking for truth, but found hypocrisy. He had a vision from the Holy Spirit he would be speaking to thousands but he had no idea how. When Covid-19 changed the landscape of business, he researched the concept of Podcasting to gain a broader audience; God showed him the "HOW" of that vision.
"Church Of Shame" will fulfil the purpose God has for his life; to free those seeking salvation only to find a deceitful, and destructive message from the church. The show promises to be controversial as Tim exposes the "Shame" that comes from the pulpit; TRUTH by revelation not education. Tim will challenge anyone willing to defend their religious dogma; from Christianity to Atheism. However, Tim understands his challenge is to bring that Truth with the same love Christ brought during His ministry. Tim's nature is controversial, yet he gained a reputation of respect from his peers because of his unique perspective and genuine personality . "Church of Shame" promises to help people overcome the the shame they carry with the freedom of Grace!!

The measure of a human being is not based on what we say but what we do. When you see injustice in the world, do you stand by or do you stand up? Do you sit on the sidelines throwing stones or do you take a side?
Indifference and Ambivalence is the worst state of a human being. I would rather be remembered for standing and trying, than forgotten as I sat down and did nothing at all.
These are the attributes of one who stands for another;
- Courage; The measure of overcoming one's fear in the face of the unfathomable
- Integrity; The measure of one's intent to do right by those who have done him wrong
- Character; The measure of one's actions regardless of another's reaction
- Humility; The measure of one's willingness to let go of self so another can embrace theirs
- Truth; The measure of one who stands for justice when judged by the unjust
- Honesty; The measure of examination of self despite the consequences
- Faith; The measure of things known by works seen by the Author & Finisher
- Hope; The measure of one's belief in the goodness of God not yet fulfilled
- Love; The measure of one's heart for the Lord and for his enemies
- Grace; The measure of unmerited favor towards those who give none

The success I've enjoyed over the last 30+ years was based on a lifetime of overcoming adversity and shame, failure was never an option. I looked to God for guidance and used what He gave me to become a gifted entrepreneur. There was nothing I could not do; it seemed I was able to bring every dream to reality.
But it wasn't always that way, I turned my back on God when I was 15 and dove "head-first" into drugs and alcohol, angry at everyone, most of all myself. He gave me hope, and new life on treatment bed June 1, 1990; the last day I drank or used. In fact God was the One Person who never left!!
What I wanted most in this world was to be "Heard", but I had no voice. Today I have no doubt God called me to "stand up" and speak for those who have no voice of their own and make a difference in their lives. Having raised 3 daughters, I especially have a heart for women. I have a gift of depth and understanding, but I what I am able to apprehend, I will never comprehend!!
Now I see every mountain as an opportunity to help others, thinking less of myself and more of those who give my life "Purpose and Meaning". I have strong presence, a large platform, a huge audience, and little problem using them to say what needs to be said. There is no greater cause, no greater purpose, and no greater story than one of "Faith, Hope, and Love"!
The legacy I hope to leave behind is not one of success, fortune, or fame; I want to be known as man who helped rather than hurt, for giving more than I received, giving voice to the voiceless, and putting my hand to the flame pulling out those in need". If that is not my legacy; I was nothing more than an "Empty Suit”; all talk with no substance!!
